Another milestone for Indonesia’s carbon market: the Ministry of Environment and Forestry has signed a Mutual Recognition Agreement with Verra. This partnership establishes mutual recognition between Verra-issued VCUs and Indonesia’s Emission Reduction Certificates under the SRN-PPI registry. By linking domestic oversight with Verra’s global credibility, Indonesia continues to build a high-integrity, globally connected carbon ecosystem.
